Krupp – Eine deutsche Familie was a challenge of quick turnaround and small budget for expansive effects to be done in full HD. I worked on look development, lighting, texturing, animation, and some matte painting. I was also sequence lead. The most fun part of this project was all the research for historical reference. Krupp received a VES nomination for “Outstanding Supporting Visual Effects in a Broadcast Program”. We were very pleased with this recognition. This was while I was working at Gradient Effects.
